All workers are invited to take part in an important survey that explores psychological health in the workplace.
Allambi Care is undertaking the People at Work survey so we can understand the psychosocial hazards and factors that influence workers' health and safety.
This is your opportunity to provide feedback and help us understand how these hazards impact the psychological health of workers.
The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
It is available to complete now and closes on 3.03.2023.

On completion of the survey, we will provide a report on the issues that may impact on our psychological health at work.
The results from the People at Work survey will be used to start conversations to gain an organisation-wide understanding of these issues.
This understanding will help us review and adapt how we operate and identify strategies we can implement to ensure we maintain a workplace free from psychological harm.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Are my responses anonymous?
Your data will be de-identified. Allambi Care will not have access to individual responses, only an aggregated report. The aggregated report will only provide demographic group breakdowns where there are more than 10 responses in that group.
What will the survey responses be used for?
The survey responses will be used to identify factors that may cause harm to workers' psychological health and safety and assist Allambi Care to develop strategies to address these factors.
What are the demographic questions used for?
These questions allow Allambi to examine differences in psychological health and safety across different workgroups. These breakdowns will only be provided if there is a minimum of 10 responses for each group, to protect your privacy.
Are the survey questions mandatory?
Some of the demographic questions collected at the beginning of the survey are mandatory to complete. However, if you feel uncomfortable doing so, you can select the ‘prefer not to say’ answer. All other questions are optional but we encourage you to answer as many questions as you can, to enable our workgroup to get an accurate picture of psychological health in the workplace.
I have more questions. Who can I speak to?
