Allambi Care staff are employed as both youth and disability care workers and are therefore eligible to get the COVID-19 Vaccine now.

To secure your vaccination you must book an appointment.

Use the Covid-19 Eligibility Checker to find your nearest clinic and book an appointment or, alternatively, contact your regular GP to make an enquiry.

If you are eligible

  1. Go to the bottom of the eligibility checker page for the link to make a booking
  2. Click the link to make a booking which takes you to the vaccine clinic finder
  3. Enter your postcode or suburb
  4. Review the list of locations on the screen
  5. Select the nearest location and make a booking

What do I need to take to my vaccination appointment?

  • Medicare Card
  • Driver's License
  • Allambi Care ID card when attending your initial vaccination appointment.

What do I need to provide to Allambi?

Once you’ve received both does of your vaccination, please forward us a copy of your COVID-19 digital certificate available from your Medicare Express Plus App to covidtesting@allambicare.org.au so we are able to document which staff have received the vaccination.
