In this episode we speak to Dan Pratt - Acting Director ITC Program. Dan has worked across many roles at Allambi Care over the past 15 years starting as a Youth Worker supporting kids with complex needs. With a simple guiding principle - 'to help kids' - Dan leads our Intensive Therapeutic Care program where the goal is to help young people heal from trauma and find a permanency pathway.
