In this episode we speak to Brett Smith, Executive Officer – Operations. Brett has been with Allambi Care for over 25 years, overseeing the delivery of services across the organisation.
Brett’s commitment to supporting young people comes from his own experiences growing up, which fuel his passion to protect the underdog. Starting his career working directly with young people in refuge programs, Brett quickly learned the importance of humility and collaboration.
Over the years, Brett has helped Allambi Care evolve by identifying gaps in the system and creating new ways to support young people, particularly focusing on keeping families connected.
Brett is now focused on nurturing the next generation of leaders to continue the important work of Allambi Care with fresh ideas and energy.
