At Allambi Care, we truly believe your work is more than a job - it’s a career. 

We're excited to welcome the 2024 University of New England Bachelor of Community Services cohort, who have started their internal bridging courses in preparation for their degree.

This is the first year we have been able to offer the degree program to frontline staff with over five years of experience, which is an exciting challenge. 

Training pathways that further our team and benefit the care that our young people and families receive are at the core of our values.
