In 2025, Allambi Care delivered meaningful, life-changing support to hundreds of children, young people and families across our service. Here are some numbers we’re proud of.
610 children and young people were supported in the last twelve months in Depart of Communities and Justice funded programs, 272 of these in Residential programs and 149 in Foster Care.
157 new clients have come into Allambi Care’s service.
4,468 family time visits were recorded for children and young people in Residential and Foster Care programs.
3,579 health appointments were recorded for children and young people in Residential and Foster Care programs.
1,903 reference meetings were conducted for young people to have input into their care, review case work goals, discuss their rights and ensure they are aware of how to make a complaint.
188 education plans were completed to promote education and wellbeing at school.
27 young people exited from Supported Living or Foster Care to independence.
10 children transitioned to Foster Care or Therapeutic Home-Based Care from other models of care.
10 young people transitioned to Supported Living from other models of care.
4 young people have exited care into adoption, guardianship, or restoration.
188 education plans were completed to promote education and wellbeing at school.
762 respite care events were coordinated for 93 children and young people across our foster care placements.
45 additional, meaningful connections to either family or significant others have been established for our children and young people.
26 young people, upon entry to our care, had our teams successfully complete family finding reinforcing our commitment to supporting children and young people in maintaining meaningful, lifelong connections with their family and cultural heritage.
6 young people have been returned home to their parents via restorations, with two proactively sought from long term care orders.
