Last week, we celebrated the graduation of our Bachelor of Community Services 2024 cohort at UNE in Armidale.
Our BCS is a work-integrated degree, which means these graduates didn’t just learn about community services — they were out there doing it, every day. Supporting real people, in real communities, through real challenges. They work across Residential Care, Foster Care, Outreach, NDIS and Learning and Development. Some are caseworkers, support workers, therapeutic home-based carers, trainers, managers and support coordinators.
They’ve been with Allambi for over 5 years, some more than 10, supporting those who need it most by providing continuity of care. That’s the kind of worker that makes a difference.
Congratulations to every one of them. We couldn’t be prouder.
