Office update
Thank you for your patience over the past 12 months during the office rehabilitation works. The current focus is on completing the reception area, with works expected to be finished in approximately 4–5 weeks. Once complete, staff from Level 1 will be able to return to their usual workspace.
Board update
We welcome new members to the Board, bringing valuable expertise in governance and risk management. This strengthened capability will help inform and guide upcoming work across our departments—more updates will be shared as this rolls out.
Good news and highlights
- Graduation: Simon attended the 2024 cohort graduation in Armidale, celebrating an inspiring group of graduates and their success stories.
- Families Together contract: We are proud to be one of six organisations across the Hunter and Central Coast regions to be awarded this contract, continuing our long-standing Family Preservation work of more than 12 years.
- Homes NSW funding success: Through the Homelessness Innovation Fund, we have secured funding to deliver five additional tiny homes for young people in need. We also recently welcomed our first tenant to the Tiny Homes site in Redhead.
- NDIS audit: Our most recent audit has been completed with outstanding results—acknowledging the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of the team involved.
