We’re so excited to welcome two new team members to TracksHealth - Alyssa and Annabelle.

Alyssa joins us as a Behaviour Specialist with over five years of experience supporting NDIS participants across both community and home environments. She originally worked as a Support Worker while studying psychology, and since then has built extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of needs including autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, trauma backgrounds, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy.

She has a strong interest in understanding how both biology and lived experience shape the way we think, feel and behave, and brings this into her work through a holistic, person-centred approach. Alyssa is especially passionate about supporting not just the individual but also building the confidence and capacity of their wider support networks.

Annabelle joins us as an Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with children and young people. She loves helping individuals engage in activities that are meaningful to them and works closely with families and support networks to create practical, tailored strategies that build independence, confidence and everyday skills.

She’s all about creating a warm, relaxed and engaging environment where clients feel comfortable, understood and motivated to achieve their goals. Annabelle also has a special interest in building strong, trusting relationships and supporting skills that last a lifetime. Outside of work, you’ll often find her enjoying creative arts, music, or heading to the beach with her partner and dog.

Together, Alyssa and Annabelle bring such a thoughtful, caring and well-rounded approach to the team, and we’re so happy to have them on board at TracksHealth.
