It has now been a few weeks since the fire incident at our Fraser Parade Head Office. We want to thank everyone for your continued patience, flexibility, and teamwork throughout this challenging period.
Recovery Progress
Clean-up and restoration are progressing steadily. Power was isolated and quickly restored after some initial challenges and disruptions to with key systems, including AIMS, and all are now stable and back online thanks to our amazing IT team. While some backend work is ongoing, we're in a much stronger position thanks to everyone's support and adaptability.
The head office main building remains closed while safety and insurance processes continue. We will share a timeline for re-entry once we have further clarity.
Reception Temporary Relocation
Reception is now operating from a temporary office located in the first demountable on the right-hand side of the carpark near Bay 1.

Clinical Services
Our clinical team continues to service our clients and clinicians are managing their communications with individuals ongoing.
Work from Home Continues
Some head office staff continue working from home until further notice and this will be managed department by department.
