The theme for National Safe Work Month this year is [**Safety: every job, every day**](https://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au/national-safe-work-month)** **encouraging workplaces to prioritise safety at work every day.

 This year the weekly topics step through the risk assessment process:

- **Week 1:** identify hazards
- **Week 2:** assess risks
- **Week 3:** control risks
- **Week 4:** review controls

 

The Allambi Care WHS Risk Management Procedure is available on the intranet.  

**Safety: every job, every day means proactively managing WHS risks.**

During Safe Work Month to raise awareness of safety workgroups/departments are encouraged to host a [**SafeTea**](https://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au/national-safe-work-month/safetea) and talk about relevant safety topics.

Let's prioritize safety and well-being by making it an integral part of our daily work routine. Together, we can ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
