Recently Rebecca Shiels-Earl and Claire Walker ran a wonderful Connecting Families training for our northern NSW Allambi staff. The training was about supporting practitioners to authentically engage family to be a part of the team supporting the child. When we are listening to families, being curious and asking the right questions we are seeing family through a lens of strength and capacity. The feedback about the training was overwhelmingly positive and Rebecca and Claire reported that they found the staff highly engaging.
