Northern NSW - Learning and connecting with local services and agencies

Our Northern NSW team have been busy establishing local connections through inviting local agencies and supports to our weekly meetings. It is here that we invite them to present their service. This helps our growing team build on their knowledge and expertise. Health Pathways specifically support NGO’s to follow up around health required needs for our young people and can be a big support for our families throughout the health system. The stronger the relationship and partnership between NGO’s and health providers the better outcomes for young people in Out of Home Care.
