In 2023 we will be launching an Employer of Choice campaign. This is a response to the challenging recruitment market we have been operating in and will complement Foster Care recruitment activity.
The campaign taps into an insight we gained from a collaborative workshop that was held with Headjam, the People, Support and Culture team and a range of team members from new starts, return employees and old hands. Many of the attendees were originally referred to Allambi by a friend. The campaign concept taps into this - by awakening an army of unofficial recruiters who identify these future Allambi heroes hiding in plain sight.
We’d like to give a very special shoutout to Solomon Silimaibau (pictured) who has featured as talent during this campaign. Sol has graced the covers of our annual report, featured in the new branding of North Academy and is now looking very cool as a young skater in the Employer of Choice campaign.
