We recently celebrated five years of Allambi Care in Victoria.
In that time staff have faced many challenges, including COVID lockdowns, navigating a new system and embedding Allambi’s Needs-Based Restorative Framework and the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention model into practice. The successes of all those involved have been vast. The team they have built are strong, resilient and brilliant, and the transformations to the lives of young people in their care have been phenomenal.
