Allambi Care and The Bradford Institute have been building careers in youth work for more than a decade. Allambi has delivered a diploma level induction program for youth workers on-site at Allambi’s residential care facilities, with remarkable results. This innovative workplace learning model is transforming lives. We are extremely proud to take home the silver medal in the [Australian Training Awards](https://www.facebook.com/australiantrainingawards?__cft__[0]=AZarGy3AVI4FUu2Uj9vM2AS3IzdOztDDAsO1JbB0Qv_AvLLkuIBLdh8-IGebPhI6vBYdH7aqtrRLkCu-MnE-huRQJgKRz1uYZHOGo6y1E_Ixit3C6-QyUKpPKPignQd07ZjEcmhL_yjgv_5wNIUi0yDDhU8SP1AwhmnM3Se2le2tpT0PuprXDJkRbEEED32cuNKrVd2Eu_c8ujq70QCJekqaved6H_pzvVmbGptd_0nlbQ&__tn__=-]K-R), held in Darwin.
