There’s something profoundly beautiful about a grandmother finding her grandson and helping him find his sense of belonging. We celebrated Foster Care Week from 8-14 September and we wanted to thank and celebrate all the Kinship and Foster Carers out there. What better way to celebrate this than bring you the beautiful story of Roma and her grandson Xavier.
