Spicy Brain is Allambi Care's annual event celebrating neurodiversity, disability, and creative expression, providing a platform for performers to showcase their talents in front of loved ones and the wider community. This year’s event was our biggest yet, welcoming over 700 attendees and showcasing 21 performances from 55 talented performers who delivered an unforgettable night of creativity and confidence. Staff, families, and community members enjoyed the vibrant performances, special artworks, and opportunities to learn more about the NNN program, all while sharing in the fun with over 100 pizzas, spuds on sticks, hundreds of ice creams, and a performance from the ever-popular Yoyo Man. We also acknowledge and thank MAP mima for their support in contributing to the success of the event.
The continued dedication of the Spicy Brain team and committee is what allows this event to grow year after year, and we extend a special thank you to Ben Jones and Brysen Fraser for their valued support in making the night such a success. We appreciate everyone who contributed and look forward to making next year’s event even bigger and better as we continue to celebrate neurodiversity, disability, and inclusion within our community.
