At Allambi Care, we are fortunate to work alongside passionate and dedicated leaders who are making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people, and families. In this series, we speak with members of the Allambi Care Leadership team to explore their journey, what drives them, and the impact of their work.

In this episode, we speak with Kim Pua, Program Manager within our Outreach services. Kim has been part of Allambi Care for over 15 years, bringing a wealth of experience across a range of programs including disability, foster care, residential care, and family preservation.

Kim now leads within the homelessness and outreach space, where she is deeply committed to supporting young people and families within their communities. Her work focuses on building strong connections, strengthening support networks, and ensuring individuals are empowered to achieve long-term stability and independence.

Driven by a strong belief in prevention and early intervention, Kim is passionate about keeping families together wherever possible and supporting young people to navigate complex challenges. She leads a highly collaborative and dedicated team, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and shared purpose to deliver flexible, person-centred support that meets people where they are.
